The answer doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. History will go down as saying the Bucks are the winners of the series and the Championship. That is all that will be noted from the 2021 post-season.
BUT.
For the record, the entire BMBT team believe the answer is yes.
And for this reason, the theme for the Nets season is simply this: Run. It. Back.
Which is more or less what Brooklyn have done, with the notable addition of Boomers guard Patty Mills, an acquisition which all members of the BMBT office love.

”If there is load management through the season, he gives them another ball handling option” Rob said, with Ben adding “You can’t go wrong with Patty. He’s at an age where he doesn’t have to play beyond his abilities and he’ll find a great role on this team”.
Rafe went even further when discussing the man who lead Australia to a first-ever Olympic medal in basketball, saying “I think he’s low-key a Sixth Man of the Year candidate”.
When it came time to decide on how far the Nets can go this season, most of the team had a consensus, with Rob the only member of BMBT who saw a path that could see the Nets eliminated in the post-season.
“I think Philly looms as the one who could beat them because Embiid can dominate down low against them”, Rob said. “Brooklyn’s low post defence is lacking and I think Philadelphia have perimeter pieces who can defend Irving and Harden as well as anyone can”. “
“Having said that, it’s a stretch that anyone beats them if healthy”.

Rafe doubled down, saying “I don’t think anyone beats the Nets at full-flight. If injuries happen, maybe, but it’s so difficult to see a team beating them 4 times”.
